Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for Launch Platform, covering AI landing page generation, hosted launch pages, custom domains, forms, analytics, uploads, payments, and GDPR rights.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Launch Platform collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, AI generation tools, hosted landing pages, analytics, forms, custom domain features, and related services.
We aim to process personal data in a transparent, secure, and proportionate way. This policy is written for founders and startup teams, but it also covers visitors who interact with landing pages published through Launch Platform.
2. Who we are
Launch Platform is an AI startup launch workspace that helps users generate landing pages, publish launch pages, collect leads, track analytics, upload assets, create marketing content, and receive SEO and launch recommendations.
For GDPR purposes, Launch Platform is generally the controller of account, billing, platform analytics, and product usage data. For personal data submitted through a customer's published landing page form, the customer may be the controller and Launch Platform may act as a processor, depending on the customer's use case.
3. Contact email
For privacy questions, account requests, or data protection inquiries, contact us at support@launchplatform.app.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information, including email address, name, avatar, authentication provider, user ID, and profile settings.
- Project and launch information, including startup ideas, target audience, category, tone, generated brand data, landing page configuration, SEO fields, marketing kit content, launch scores, and generation metadata.

5. How we use information
We use personal data and project data to operate, secure, and improve Launch Platform.
- Provide, maintain, authenticate, and secure the service.
- Generate AI launch packages, landing page structures, marketing content, SEO suggestions, and recommendations.
- Host published landing pages and support custom domains.
- Collect and display waitlist, contact, newsletter, and demo request submissions.
- Provide analytics dashboards, conversion metrics, campaign reporting, and launch insights.
- Process payments, subscriptions, entitlements, refunds, and billing support through Stripe.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, prompt abuse, and unsafe uploads.
- Improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, communicate service updates, and respond to support requests.
6. Legal bases for processing
If GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract, where processing is necessary to provide the service you requested.
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the platform, preventing abuse, improving the product, and understanding product usage.
- Consent, where required for optional cookies, marketing communications, or certain analytics/tracking choices.
- Legal obligations, such as accounting, tax, payment, dispute, and compliance requirements.
7. AI processing
Launch Platform uses AI providers to generate startup names, copy, landing page configuration, marketing content, SEO suggestions, launch recommendations, and related outputs. To provide these features, the prompts, project details, selected inputs, and relevant context you provide may be sent to AI providers through secure API integrations.
You should not upload or submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal data unless you have the right and lawful basis to do so. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to existing content, or unsuitable for your specific business. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
8. Analytics
Launch Platform includes lightweight analytics for hosted launch pages and, where enabled, existing external websites that install the Launch Platform tracking script. Analytics may include page views, unique visitor identifiers, CTA clicks, form submissions, referrers, UTM parameters, source domains, device type, country inferred from infrastructure headers, timestamps, and limited technical metadata.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of analytics on their landing pages or external websites complies with applicable privacy, cookie, and marketing laws. If a customer adds third-party analytics or scripts outside Launch Platform, those tools are governed by the customer's configuration and the relevant provider's terms.
We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand usage of the Launch Platform platform website and dashboard. By default, this is separate from customer-owned custom-domain landing pages.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to keep users signed in, maintain sessions, remember interface state, prevent abuse, support analytics, and operate core product features. Some technologies are necessary for the service to work. Optional analytics or marketing technologies may require consent where applicable law requires it.
10. Cloudflare Turnstile and bot protection
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar abuse-prevention tools to protect free preview generation, public forms, login flows, and other sensitive actions. These tools may process device, browser, network, and interaction signals to determine whether traffic appears automated or abusive.
11. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Launch Platform does not store full payment card numbers. We may store payment metadata such as customer IDs, checkout session IDs, subscription status, plan, billing period, payment status, currency, and amount so we can provide paid access, invoices, entitlement checks, refunds, and support.
12. Data sharing and subprocessors
We share data only where needed to provide the service, comply with law, secure the platform, process payments, or support users. Categories of subprocessors may include:
- Hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers such as Supabase and cloud infrastructure providers.
- Payment processors such as Stripe.
- AI providers used to generate and validate AI outputs.
- Email and support providers used for login links, notifications, and support communications.
- Analytics, security, bot-protection, and abuse-prevention providers such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile.
These providers may process data in the EU, the United States, or other countries. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards where required.
13. User-generated content and public landing pages
Content you create, upload, publish, or generate through Launch Platform may include startup ideas, landing page copy, screenshots, logos, product images, pricing, FAQs, marketing content, SEO metadata, and public form fields. Published landing pages, custom domains, and public assets are intended to be publicly accessible.
Do not publish personal data, confidential information, or third-party content unless you have the rights and lawful basis to do so. If visitors submit forms on your landing page, you are responsible for how you use those leads.
14. Custom domains
If you connect a custom domain, we process the domain name, DNS verification status, verification tokens, SSL/connection status, source domain analytics, and related technical metadata. Custom domains may expose your published launch page to the public under your chosen domain.
15. Data retention
We keep account and project data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Published landing pages and uploaded assets are retained until you delete them, unpublish them, remove assets, or close your account, unless we must keep limited records for security, legal, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Analytics retention depends on the plan for each launch. Starter analytics may be limited to 30 days, Pro analytics may be limited to 90 days, and an analytics extension may keep analytics active for one selected launch during the subscription period. Payment and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
16. Data security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including authenticated access, role-based controls, storage policies, rate limiting, upload validation, HTTPS, restricted service keys, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
17. International transfers
Some providers used to operate Launch Platform may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, provider security programs, and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
18. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of personal data where applicable.
- Request portability of data you provided.
- Object to certain processing based on legitimate interests.
- Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Complain to a data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.
To exercise rights, contact support@launchplatform.app. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
19. Children's privacy
Launch Platform is not intended for children and should not be used by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, laws, or providers change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, email, or another appropriate channel. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
